Each month, Crosspointers seek to hide God's Word in their hearts.  This month's verse is Acts 28:30b-31 (CSB) [Paul] welcomed all who visited him, proclaiming the  kingdom of God and teaching about the Lord Jesus Christ with all boldness and without hinderance.

LIVING 3D CLASS "How to Read and Apply God's Word in Everyday Life"

Wednesdays July 10 & 17th, 6:30-8:00pm in the Crosspoint Living Room.

This quarter we're only offering one class, which will meet for 2 sessions. This class will introduce the "how-to" of studying God's Word together and then apply that truth in everyday life. We will use the practice of reading the Word together and then working through specific questions to help us identify God's character, God's actions, our identity, and how these truths bring transformation to our lives for God's glory, the building of His kingdom, and our good and joy. 

MONTHLY DAY OF PRAYER AND FASTING - July 18

On the 3rd Thursday of each month, we seek to be intentional in prayer and fasting. Get the prayer guide here, and sign up for a 30 minute time slot to pray.

SONCHASERS CLASSROOMS

Summer is the best time for classroom deep cleaning; would you/your family/your community group like to "adopt a classroom" and help accomplish this much needed task? WOMEN’S SUMMER STUDY

Meets every other Monday 6:30-8:00pm in the Crosspoint foyer (couch area). No prep, no homework, come when you can, stand alone lesson/discussion. June 17, July 1, 15, 29, Aug *14, 26. Questions? Contact Patty Pierson (309) 678-4629. 

KIDS WORSHIP CAMP AT CROSSPOINT *Now Extended to 5th-12th graders!

July 29-31, 9am-noon. Worship Camp is a 3 day experience in which the students will learn about the heart of worship, biblical models for worship, and different forms of worship. They will be trained in their personal instruments, will attend rehearsals, and lead the congregation with their peers. They will also have the opportunity to dive into Scripture and help write a song that will be used for congregational worship. Through this camp, the students will grow to understand worship as all of life and that more than any melody they will play, the Lord is listening to the internal melodies of their hearts. WOODFORD COUNTY HEARTLINE AND HEART HOUSE

Save the Date: Thursday, Sept 5 will be their Spaghetti Supper Fundraiser (at Crosspoint). Watch for opportunities to serve at the event and/or support the ministry by buying a ticket for dinner that night.

CHURCH SOFTBALL

Come cheer for Crosspoint's softball team, playing in the local church league this summer. Games are Monday nights at lower Eureka Lake. Schedule here
