SEPTEMBER MEMORY VERSE

Each month, Crosspointers seek to hide God's Word in their hearts.  This month's verse is 1 Peter 2:9 (CSB) But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his possession, so that you may proclaim the praises of the one who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light. 

SEPT 19: DAY OF PRAYER AND FASTING

SEPT 22: MISSION TRIP INFO MEETING

March 22-28, 2025 to Reynosa, Mexico. Begin praying about you/your family taking this opportunity to serve alongside Isaiah 55 Ministries.  Read more here Info meeting Sunday, Sept 22 right after church.

SEPT 26: MOMS GROUP

Moms of all ages/stages, come fellowship & grow in faith together at Crosspoint, once Thursday per month. The first meeting is this Thursday, Sept 26, 9:00-10:30am in Crosspoint's couch area, childcare provided.

SEPT 28: SAFE FAMILIES TRAINING

Rooted in faith, fueled by radical hospitality, disruptive generosity, and intentional compassion; our goal is to support and strengthen families, prevent child abuse and neglect, and reduce the number of children unnecessarily entering the child welfare system. Sign up to attend the Sept 28 Training happening at Bethany Community in Washington. Learn about Safe Families here.

SEPT 29: FAMILY SERVICES (SonChasers Children's Ministry will not meet, nurseries will not be staffed)

On the 5th Sunday of the month, we worship together intergenerationally . We've decided to add communion to these 5th Sundays, so that the SonChasers Team has an opportunity to celebrate and so that families have this teaching opportunity together. Parents, take a look at this video teaching resource before Sunday's gathering.

OCT 6: OUTDOOR SERVICE & LUNCH

We'll enjoy a Family Service in Crosspoint's Back Yard (weather-permitting), communion, then Lunch together afterwards. Crosspoint is providing the meat & buns, drinks, and condiments (and dessert is provided by the Troths' Community Group).  Please Sign Up to bring a Side Dish and Help with this event.

COMMUNITY GROUPS

Groups are launching now, meeting in various homes & locations almost every night of the week! Which day works best for you? What topic or age demographic are you feeling called to join? Reach out to a Group Leader and visit their group and see if it's a good fit.

WORSHIP TEAM
